What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the player's name and age group, the parent or guardian's name, email address and WhatsApp number, and any message you choose to add.

Why we use it

We use it only to reply to your enquiry, arrange sessions and camps, and keep in touch about the place you've asked about. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Children's data

Information about a child is supplied by their parent or guardian. We keep it to the minimum needed to run sessions safely.

Who sees it

Enquiries are delivered by the FormSubmit service to our email inbox. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while your child attends or while we're in touch, and delete them on request.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
